The day after I join del.icio.us and upload/tag my bookmarks and get them OFF of my work machine, del.icio.us goes down (or at least, I'm getting an error from them no matter what I try).

Hopefully I didn't need to get to anything specific, right?

(And yes, I just started using del.icio.us .  I know it's been around for like, forever.  I'm a late adopter sometimes.  I just started using flickr last week.  Next week I might even try MySpace or Facebook.  Tremble in fear!)

EDIT: Looks like things are back up now (unless it was a problem with me (PEBCAM) and things were always up).  This does go to show that it is always smart to have a backup, even if you're SURE your original data is safe and secure somewhere.  If for no other reason than you can access your backup in the event of an emergency when your safe-and-secure data is not accessible.
